Let me introduce myself. I am not a blogger...what I am, is passionate about is good nutrition, not just good old fashion whole food but a diet that supports individuals' requirements. That's what started my journey into becoming a nutritionist and has fueled my ongoing research in this field, I love supporting people through changing phases and requirements but through fueling exercise to optimise performance. Environmental, and lifestyle factors can affect how we metabolise our food and what nutrients our body requires. I am a mum of four very active children, and not so small children between 10 and 23 years, that alone requires meal times to be varied and tasty. As an evidence-based practitioner I will be posting some great, current info as well some fab recipes.
