BSc (Hons) | MSc | ANutr | SENr | ISAK | BDA
As a qualified and registered associate nutritionist, and SENr graduate Performance Nutritionist I work with individuals to help them achieve their long-term health goals through balanced nutrition.
A passion for nutrition started through a desire to understand the role of functional nutrition in my own health and well-being.
After graduating from the University of Suffolk with a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Human Health I continued my studies, completing an MSc with distinction in Sport and Exercise Nutrition at Ulster University. Personal and Professional development is continued through CPDs in areas relevant to my practice and current issues, including women's health, gut health, and Performance Nutrition.
I have always been interested in nutrition, as well as the research that I continue to undertake, I love to spend time in the kitchen creating balanced meals which suit a fussy family with a range of needs from optimising athletic performance to various food intolerances.
Recipes published on my blog will provide vegan and GF options if possible. I have a particular passion for creating GF bakes and treats with a healthy twist... as well as some not-so-healthy cakes and treats...because after all, we all deserve a tasty treat occasionally!
