Background in Nutrition

Linda Is a Registered associate Nutritionist and Performance Nutritionist based near Ipswich, Suffolk.  Linda's passion for everything food and nutrition started over 20 years ago, finally turning her dream to help others into reality when she graduated in 2021 with a BSc (hons) in Nutrition and Human Health.  LC Nutrition was born, Linda's passion for nutrition carried on and in 2022 completed an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition.  With case studies supporting her MSc studies in semi-pro football, bodybuilding, and endurance sports. 
Linda continues to build on her knowledge by undertaking CPD modules..

The main force behind LC Nutrition is a deep desire to help individuals achieve their long-term health and nutrition goals.  Providing all clients with thoroughly researched advice, guidance, and ongoing support. Whether this is for help with weight management, sports nutrition, or nutrition for well-being and disease prevention. 

All plans are bespoke and written just for you, after all, we are all unique, with different genetics, lifestyle factors, and health concerns.  Working together to understand more than symptoms.

When necessary functional tests can be carried out to gain a deeper understanding and build a personalised plan for you.  This holistic approach provides the knowledge and tools to be proactive in managing your health.

Nutrition for wellbeing

Function nutrition has the ability to exert positive change to a person's wellbeing, particularly food with antioxidant properties.   

Working with the necessary tools, a researched plan will be provided to clients based on their individual health needs and goals.

LC Nutrition can arrange for food intolerances, adrenal function, hormonal profiles, and much more, this can be discussed at the initial, free 15-minute consultation.
